A: The Ultimate Dining Card is a multi-brand gift card redeemable at all 10+ Cara restaurants. It is a convenient Gift Card that is easy to purchase, redeem and reload. 
Q: Where can I use The Ultimate Dining Card?

A: The Ultimate Dining Cards can be used at participating Swiss Chalet®, Montana’s BBQ & Bar®, Kelsey’s Original Roadhouse™, Harvey’s®, milestones®, East Side Mario’s®, The Landing Group®, Bier Markt®, Fionn MacCool’s®, D’Arcy McGee’s®, Paddy Flaherty’s®, Tir nan Og® and New York Fries® restaurants in Canada. Q: How do I use The Ultimate Dining Card Gift Card? 

A: Each time you use The Ultimate Dining Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining. For reloadable cards, if there is a balance remaining on The Ultimate Dining Card, it will be returned to you with a receipt showing your new balance, ready for your next visit. 
The Ultimate Dining Card can be used in any restaurant dining room, or for take-out and, at Swiss Chalets for drive through, curbside take out (where available) and delivery (where available). You can also use it when you order on-line at swisschalet.com
 
Q: How can I purchase The Ultimate Dining Card?

A: There are 3 ways to purchase The Ultimate Dining Card. Visit any participating restaurant and ask an associate for a Gift Card. Visit select mass merchants, drug, grocery, convenience and gas retailers across the country or, purchase The Ultimate Dining Card online: click here
 
Q: Does The Ultimate Dining Card expire? 

A: No. The Ultimate Dining Card never expires. 
 
Q: Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?

A: No. There are no fees or charges associated with The Ultimate Dining Card. 
 
Q: Are The Ultimate Dining Cards reloadable?

Q: How does reloading work?

A: When a card balance is depleted, simply present The Ultimate Dining Card to an Associate at any participating restaurant in Canada, and ask to reload it with whatever dollar amount you choose.
Reloading works just like purchasing a new Gift Card, except that any balance you had remaining on the Card will be added to the new amount loaded, and the new balance will be the combined total.

Q: What happens if I don’t have enough money on my gift card to pay for my meal?

A: The amount on your Ultimate Dining Card can be put towards your purchase, and then the remaining balance may be paid by cash, Visa, MasterCard or debit (where accepted). 
 
Q: What happens if my meal doesn’t add up to the amount that is on my Ultimate Dining Card?

A: The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on your Ultimate Dining Card and the card will be returned to you with a receipt showing your new balance so you can use it again next time. 
 
Q: What happens if I forget my Gift Card’s balance?

A: Any Cara restaurant associate can check your balance in any restaurant. You can also check your balance online for The Ultimate Dining Cards. 
 
Q: Can I purchase large quantities of Gift Cards for my company or group?

Q: Can I use the restaurant branded The Ultimate Dining Card at all Cara restaurants? 
 
A: Yes, The Ultimate Dining Card and The Ultimate Dining Card highlighting one restaurant logo can be used at every participating Cara restaurant. 
 
Q: What are the shipping charges for online purchases of The Ultimate Dining Cards?
 
A: Canadian shipping charges are $3.49 for regular registered mail and $7.99 for expedited shipping. 
 
Q: How long does it take to receive The Ultimate Dining Card I ordered online? 
 
A: The length of time it will take for you or your intended recipient to receive their gift cards will depend on two factors – type of card ordered and shipping method chosen. If you ordered an e-Gift Card, the recipient should receive the e-mail with the e-Gift Card within minutes. If you ordered a traditional Gift Card (either a standard or customized Gift Card) we take up to 48 hours to process, pack and ship the order plus the time it takes to ship, which is dependent on the shipping method you choose. “Regular” will take 4-10 days and “expedited” will take 1-3 days. 
 
Q: What do I do if I forget my Ultimate Dining Card account password?
 
A: If you forgot your account info, you can ask for a temporary pass code to be emailed to you using the email that you registered with. 
 
Q: Why can’t I order E-gift cards at the same time as regular Gift Cards?
 
A: Unfortunately, the two processes are completely separate since the traditional Gift Cards are fulfilled via regular mail and the fulfillment of the e-Gift Cards occurs instantaneously via email. The two checkout processes do not mesh with each other. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. 
 
Q: Why was my Design-Your-Own Gift Card rejected?
 
A: If your card design was rejected, it must have infringed on the Terms of Use for customized cards. Rejected cards are automatically refunded and a note is sent to the purchaser inviting them to re-order another card.
